Katy is a mix of large master-planned neighborhoods like Cinco Ranch, Grand Lakes, and Seven Meadows and the older streets around Old Katy. A lot of the homes are now fifteen to twenty-five years old, which is exactly when builder-grade paint, carpet, and cabinets start asking to be replaced.

Exterior repaints in Katy often need to match HOA-approved palettes, and we're used to working from those color books and getting the approval paperwork right. Inside, we do a lot of full-home LVP installs over carpet and tile, and kitchen refreshes that keep the layout but replace counters, backsplash, and cabinet finishes.
