Spring covers a lot of ground, from the shops of Old Town Spring to the golf-course neighborhoods of Champions and the newer streets of Gleannloch Farms. Most of the housing is from the 1980s through the 2010s, which is prime territory for repaints, new floors, and kitchen and bath refreshes.
